Our company in a nutshell

If you want to make a difference, keep the country powered up and served by increasingly renewal energy sources, then give your career the green light with us.

We are one of the UK's leading power and gas companies - generating electricity, and retailing power and gas. Our vision is to be our customers' trusted energy partner.

About E.ON

We're part of the E.ON group, one of the world's largest investor-owned power and gas companies employing around 9,400 people in the UK.

In the UK, we own and operate a generation portfolio, with a focus on renewable, sustainable energy sources such as biomass, and offshore wind farms. We believe this is the best way to minimise our impact on the environment and keep the cost of generation as low as possible.

Graduate careers with E.ON

We offer roles in engineering, marketing, customer services and field operations. Our graduate programme gets you involved with experienced E.ON professionals from day one.

You should already have a solid understanding of the energy market, and show that you're really focused on customers and able to work to improve your own particular business area.

We want you to embrace change, so you'll be open to change within organisations - and give these initiatives your full support. You should be able to build strong, effective relationships, showing real empathy and support for others.

Energise Anything

We also work hard in communities. Energise Anything is our new primary and secondary schools programme. It aims to inspire thousands of young people across the country to discover science in unexpected ways.

From powering Martian colonies and playing music with wired-up bananas, to mimicking huddling penguins - we want to energise young people's inquisitive minds and a love of science.
