Our Experience / Expertise: Festaff founder Sandy Reid begun supplying casual staff to T in The Park over a decade ago, since then the client list has grown and now Festaff offer volunteer opportunities at over 20 Festivals. Career Opportunities & Training: Experience is not essential for volunteers as any training required we will provide to you on site. Festaff are always looking for responsible supervisors, we look for the following qualities:maturity, honesty, enthusiasm, reliability, ability to deal with staff and customers in a fair and calm manner, and good communication skills.
