The Graduate Engineer – French Speaking role includes: - Delivering frontline technical assistance to Distributors - Spearheading field activities to capitalise on business development prospects - Offering application support, including basic field training and site support - Identifying training requirements and executing strategies for comprehensive product range promotion - Contributing to in-house training through engaging presentations - Onboarding new distributors as part of strategic expansion The Graduate Engineer – French Speaking candidate will possess: - A recognised engineering qualification (mechanical, chemistry, material engineering, etc) - Fluency in French (essential) - A collaborative spirit and strong team ethos - Outstanding presentation abilities - A knack for building effective relationships, with a customer-centric approach - A commanding professional presence - Superb verbal and written communication skills - Analytical prowess - A readiness for travel within designated territories The role offers a highly competitive remuneration package of £33,000 - £35,000, complemented by a performance-based incentive bonus and a suite of benefits including private healthcare, life assurance, permanent health insurance, and flexible working arrangements after a 6-month probationary period.
