We operate in London, the South East, the East of England and the East Midlands, providing homes with reasonable rent. Our annual turnover is over £240m – but we don’t have any shareholders.

4,144 classroom-based training days
Organised 5,500 hours of e-learning
Sponsored 55 staff to complete a professional qualification
Arranged for 80 managers to start Leadership & Management Development programmes
