About Us: We have 28 employers who recruit school leavers and graduates based on Investment 2020 core principles, including five firms in Scotland. We recruit over 200 trainees per year on a 12 month programme which pays them £18,000 - £21,000 per year. After the year of work experience, 75% of trainees are offered their role permanently and then transition into the business.
