Cider and beer breweries are huge industries in Hereford, with brands including Heineken, Woodpecker Cider, Strongbow and Bulmers all produced in the area. The city is also popular within the manufacturing sector including the production of metals and food goods for retail.

A major regeneration project is taking place in Hereford city centre, which started in 2012 and will take around 15 years to complete. This has so far included building a department store, supermarkets, multiplex cinema, shops and restaurants which will boost the economy, give you plenty to do and offer plenty of job opportunities.
