As one of our graduates, you will be working for a company at the cutting-edge of technology, as well as enhancing your skills and business acumen, opening up your horizons to the diverse and dynamic ways in which your degree can be used.
You will also earn a competitive starting salary and receive a welcome payment, with three performance-related salary reviews during the two years. Leonardo also provides generous temporary accommodation assistance to help with settling in.
All new graduates undertake a Leonardo orientation event, before taking up challenging roles within the business. Graduate Firmware Engineer
"I enjoy working at Leonardo as the work is interesting and challenging."
International Government Business Unit Graduate
"I chose to join Leonardo because of the international profile of the company."
Graduate Systems Engineer
"I enjoy working here because every day I spend my time working as part of a team to tackle cutting-edge technical challenges that are complex and varied."
It's been great to have the opportunity to work on a number of projects across the scheme. I want to experience as much of the company as possible, as well as develop my engineering knowledge of the aircraft during my time of the graduate scheme. This will greatly benefit my development and progression within Leonardo.
A graduate scheme has been an excellent way of getting exposed as many opportunities as possible. These have enabled technical and personal development opportunities that would not have been available to me without undertaking a position on a graduate development programme.
I enjoy working at Leonardo as I have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and Company initiatives, as well as being able to develop both myself and my career. The Graduate Development Programme is great for developing softer skills, whilst being able to develop our technical and professional skills through day-to-day work.
