We're eager to recruit creative and innovative team players who thrive in challenging and fast-paced environments and who have a strong desire to take on a high level of responsibility from the start.
We offer undergraduate students a structured, 12 month industrial placement programme that provides an outstanding introduction to the industry, offering exposure to all aspects of our business. Many of our placement students receive final-year sponsorship, making our programmes a great route to a permanent role on graduation. Programmes are available to students studying subjects including:
Commercial management and / or quantity surveying
Construction management
Civil engineering
Design management
Mechanical engineering
Electrical engineering
During your time with us you'll do real work, learning from an experienced mentor on a programme of development structured around your discipline. Our programmes are regularly updated based on feedback we get from the people who take part - which means they're tailored to ensure you get the maximum value. And you'll receive the benefits you'd expect from a full-time job, like a competitive salary and twenty-six days' holiday (plus the usual bank holidays).
As well as our 12 month programmes, we offer placements of up to three months during university vacations in the same disciplines listed above.
