With our support, student-led societies are offering business skills, employability and venture creation programmes to an ever-increasing number of students.
This year we are seeding £170,000 to enterprise societies via our Innovation Fund.
Connecting 5000 Enterprising Students
Our annual Student Enterprise Conference brings together 200+ enterprising students for learning and networking, and our £10,000 Varsity Pitch Competition celebrates and rewards the UK’s brightest young entrepreneurs.
In June we pioneered ‘Startup Milkrounds’, supporting 20 enterprise societies in running events that connected 2000 students with over 230 SMEs. 130 jobs were created and many more students were inspired to work in small firms.
Representing Students and Young Entrepreneurs
Through NACUE Policy – our advocacy and research unit – we bring student opinion to the forefront of policy debate within Government, the education sector and industry.
Regular student forums allow us to represent students on a range of topics surrounding enterprise and entrepreneurship education, business startup support and wider issues facing young entrepreneurs.
