The Challenge Network is a fast-growing social enterprise and the UK's leading charity for building a more integrated society. We work on a local level to connect people together across all ages and walks of life.
Our Experience / Expertise:
We are the largest provider of the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme, a life-changing initiative bringing together 15 to 17 year olds from different backgrounds, building their confidence and challenging them to make a difference in their community. In summer 2016, over 38,000 young people across Britain will take part in NCS with The Challenge for an intensive three to four week summer programme.
Career Opportunities & Training:
The Challenge is looking to employ over 4,500 people to work on this year's NCS programme. We have a range of paid roles that are suitable for people of all abilities and experiences. Whether you are a teacher or outdoor enthusiast wishing to apply for one of our leader roles, or perhaps in youth work or social services looking to apply for our senior mentor role - we even have specialist roles such as the mental health adviser or creative practitioner positions - whatever your skills, there's a paid role suitable for you.
We have seasonal roles available in London, Surrey, Berkshire, the West Midlands, Yorkshire or the North West.
