You will also get the Grad Book - written by grads, for grads, taking you through a variety of helpful hints and tips, which previous grads experience, informs us you may need to know during your first few months in the business.

Your development will continue with eight face-to-face residential training modules. These development modules are there to support the learning our graduates get on the job, and fill in any gaps in knowledge. The development modules will cover topics ranging from networking, through to self-awareness and presentations; all delivered by expert internal and external trainers.

What's more, you'll have the support of past graduates who've been there and done it before you. This will be backed up with training from external experts to keep your knowledge sharp and up to date.
