Purple Cubed

Our company in a nutshell

About Us:

We started as learnpurple in 2001; identifying a solution was required to combat the high labour turnover within hospitality and retail organisations. We've come a long way since then and in 2013 became Purple Cubed – taking a more strategic approach to the 'people stuff': attraction, engagement and retention.

Based in Tottenham Court Road, London; we're a tribe of talented people engagement specialists who practice what we preach and love what we do.

Over the past 13 years we've created one of the most innovative and exciting business transformation organisations in the UK. We work in partnership with companies across the world (think Byron Hamburgers, Village Urban Lodges, Maybourne Hotel Group), to influence and transform their business strategy; enabling them to be a great place to work, whilst improving performance, engagement and profit. We help them become great places to work through providing expert, yet common sense advice, clever technology and inventive methods that get results.

Benefits and development:

We engage and develop our own team of Purple People, through our unique 'Purple Path' - full of opportunities and driven by you so you can be your very best whilst you are here. You'll have access to continuous development, putting plans for your aspirations and future in place using our Talent Toolbox™ system. There's also other cool benefits such as subsidised gym membership, monthly on-site, over-clothes massage, fresh fruit and drinks, birthday celebration, travel season ticket loans, private health insurance, mentoring opportunities and regular social events.

Career Opportunities & Training:

We're looking for the perfect match to join the team, rigorously performing software tests and ensuring applications in production environments are of the highest quality. We'll teach you all you need to know to learn how to become a software developer, moving into a junior developer role in 12-18 months – depending on how quickly you complete your learning.
