Our programmes:
Our Apprenticeships puts you at the heart of our team, learning key skills that will support your future career. They are one or two-year training courses (depending on Level) where you'll work in one of our offices, alongside experienced staff. At the same time, you'll study for a Level 2 or 3 NVQ - fully funded by us. We'll also give you a salary of up to £12,650, which comes with all kinds of benefits. To be an Apprentice, you'll need at least five GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or higher, plus plenty of get up and go.
Our Traineeships are an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service Team. You'll join us for up to five months, gaining experience and skills while studying for a Level 1 NVQ - fully funded by us. While there's no salary, we will pay your food and travel allowance. To join us, you must be keen to learn and advance.
Support:
At Hyde, we offer a wide range of support - everything from skills workshops to job swaps and a buddy. With great work experience in a lively, vibrant office, you'll have the ideal introduction to the Housing industry and a first step to a permanent role. While we can't guarantee any jobs, we will do all we can to help you into employment, even if it's not with us.
