Career Development & Progression:
If you are looking for a clear career path, with challenging but achievablegoals to help you move forward, then look no further. As a graduate, you would join Townends as a Trainee Sales/Lettings Negotiator. After successful completion of your probation period (usually 6 months) you receive your first promotion and lose the "Trainee" title and become a Negotiator. After this, clear targets will be set to help you reach the next steps up the ladder. With this in mind, our clear career progression is as follows:
