Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic graduate to join a lovely secondary school in Trafford as a teaching assistant This is a full-time role, 5 days a week, paying up to £100 a day. The Role: Support students within the classroom, providing tailored guidance and encouragement. Supporting small groups and working one-to-one with students with additional needs including SEMH, ASD, behavioural needs, and ADHD. Collaborate with teachers and deliver small group instruction, promote a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere. Help students build confidence and a passion for learning. Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure the support they deliver is of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches. Experience in roles such as a Sports or Activities Coach in football, basketball, rugby, cricket, athletics, gymnastics, badminton, and tennis is often highly transferable experience for supporting behavioural issues.
