Who we’re looking for
Right now, we’re seeking ambitious, committed school leavers who can take on our intensive apprenticeship scheme before becoming Support Workers. Alternatively, if you’re slightly older and leaving college or already have some full-time work experience, you can join us directly in a Support Worker role.

We have opportunities across Hampshire and Surrey, and you can choose to join one of our residential schemes in Liss, Rake, Lindford, Headley Down, Hindhead or Rushmoor.

The individuals we support enjoy painting, swimming, sailing and a whole lot more, so we’re really putting the fun back into their lives. And of course, we have plenty of fun along the way too!
