Our company in a nutshell

Considering a legal career? Our strategy is focused on long-term investment in recruiting and retaining exceptional talent at all levels. Our people celebrate diversity and inclusion, and our award-winning pro-bono programme is deeply ingrained in our culture.

What do we do?

Founded in 1931, Weil has been a pre-eminent provider of legal services for more than 80 years. With approximately 1,100 lawyers in offices on three continents around the world, we operate according to the "one firm" principle, allowing us to bring the right mix of firm-wide skill and local-market presence to deliver the coordinated legal advice necessary to help our clients achieve their sophisticated goals and objectives.

Recognized by clients, the media, and professional commentators as best in class, our lawyers are known for the clarity, timeliness, and effectiveness of their counsel, and as a result, have become their clients' call of first resort for solutions to their toughest legal challenges.

Graduate openings

Training contracts at Weil are designed to allow you to maximise your potential as quickly as possible. As part of a relatively small intake, we can see where you are excelling and where you need support and encouragement, which enables us to guide you accordingly.

Our aim is to see you develop by constantly exposing you, in a supportive environment, to the very highest quality work. In one of the best training programmes in the City, you'll get plenty of personal attention combined with early responsibility.
