Business Administration Intern with excellent organisational, administrative and customer service skills that would like to develop a career within the Residential Property Management Industry is required for an internship with a well-established and successful Company based in the London. SALARY: £15,000 - £18,000 pro rata LOCATION: London JOB TYPE: 6 – 12 Month Internship JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Administration Intern with excellent organisational, administrative and customer service skills that would like to develop a career within the Residential Property Management Industry. Working as the Business Administration Intern you will gain valuable experience and on-the-job training that covers all aspects of how a successful residential property / facility management business operates. As the Business Administration Intern, you will work closely with the Company’s Managing Director, Head of Management and the Health & Safety Coordinator who will mentor you throughout the process. As a successful candidate you will have a great opportunity to learn about this growing business, which for the right candidate, could lead to a full-time, permanent job offer at the end of the internship. DUTIES Your duties and responsibilities as the Business Administration Intern: Carry out a range of administrative tasks, which includes maintaining essential property portfolio information, sending out lease agreements, managing the Company mail and updating and adding new information to the Company’s database Provide a high level of customer service to all customer telephone enquiries, transferring the call to the relevant team member when required Assist customers when setting up new accounts and completing paperwork Assist the finance team with Company banking Work closely and provide support to the Health and Safety and Property Teams when required IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) Well organised with good time-management skills and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy Interest in the property industry or business administration HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
